Discordant Correlation between Serological Assays Observed When Measuring Heterosubtypic Responses against Avian Influenza H5 and H7 Viruses in Unexposed Individuals Table 1 Panel of human sera tested by three different serological assays: SRH, HI and MN. For each assay, H5N1 strains belonging to clade 1 (A/Vietnam/1194/04) and clade 2.1.3.2 (A/Indonesia/5/05) were used. Anti-H5N1 responses were expressed as antibody titres for HI and MN assays while for SRH, the area of haemolysis (mm2 ) is reported.
