Effects of lysine and DHA supplementations on body weights of HFD-fed mice switched to RC. After 23 weeks of HFD feeding, mice were switched to RC (a low-fat diet on day 0) supplemented with combinations of lysine and DHA as indicated for 24 days. The body weight was measured every 4 days.
