Failure of the HRP-HVA method for H2O2 quantification in light dependent H2O2 production system. Superoxide radicals were generated in light dependent riboflavin reduction system and were converted to H2O2 by the enzyme SOD (20 U mL−1). H2O2 (2 μM) was used as positive control in presence or absence of light.
