Determination of H₂O₂ in tissue fractions of the mud crab Scylla serrata. In muscle (a), gills (b), and hepatopancreas (c), the fluorescence of the TCA treated samples was almost ≥ 2 folds higher than its corresponding nontreated sample. Tissue fractions were precipitated immediately after homogenization followed by neutralization with K₂HPO₄ and H₂O₂ quantification.
