Aggregation-specific ELISA reactivity of ovine recombinant PrP. Ovine recombinant PrP ALRQ (black circle), AFRQ (black square), and ALHQ (black triangle) aged 12 months was analysed by (a) aggregation-specific ELISA and (b) direct ELISA using anti-PrP monoclonal antibody V47 as described in Section 2.
