(c) Quantitative PCR of GFP. GAPDH was amplified on genomic DNA to stand for cell numbers. GFP was amplified and normalized to GAPDH. PD-MSC was chosen as reference. Number in mixture group represents the relative amount of GFP compared to PD-MSC. Three donor pairs were analyzed.
