Western blotting analysis of the inhibitors’ role in CCL19-induced STAT3 phosphorylation. PCI-4B and PCI-37B cells were pretreated by CCR7 mAb (10 μg/mL) for 4 h or by AG490 (30 μM) for 24 h and then by CCL19 (200 ng/mL, 60 min). Phosphorylation of STAT3 was detected by western blotting. The results are representative of three independent experiments. compared with the CCL19 group.
