CCR7 Regulates Cell Migration and Invasion through JAK2/STAT3 in Metastatic Squamous Cell Carcinoma of the Head and Neck

<div>Western blotting analysis of Pyk2, Src, and PI3K inhibitors’ roles in CCL19-induced STAT3 phosphorylation. PCI-4B and PCI-37B cells were pretreated by Tyrphostin A9 (5 <i>μ</i>M, 1 h), PP2 (20 <i>μ</i>M, 4 h), LY294002 (50 <i>μ</i>M, 4 h), and then CCL19 (200 ng/mL, 60 min). The phosphorylation of STAT3 was detected by western blotting.
