SDS-PAGE analysis (a) zymogram (b) of the proteins from C. cellulovorans grown on LBG. The protein bands in a square were cut out for functional protein evaluation. SDS-PAGE was performed with a 7.5% polyacrylamide gel. Zymogram was carried out with a 7.5% polyacrylamide gel containing 0.07% LBG.
