Cells were treated with various concentrations of 2,4,6′-trihydroxy-4-methoxybenzophenone from ethyl acetate fraction of Phaleria macrocarpa (Scheff.) Boerl. fruits for 24 h, 48 h, and 72 h prior to the determination of cytotoxicity by MTT cell proliferation assay. Each value is expressed as mean ± standard deviation of three measurements.
