CvHSP90 mRNA expression levels under different heat shock temperatures (5°C, 10°C, 15°C, 20°C, 25°C, 30°C, 35°C, 40°C, and 45°C) for 1 h were analyzed by real-time quantitative reverse transcriptase-polymerase chain reaction.
