Pathway detection and target identificationbased readout generated three categories of information including direct or indirect mRNA targets those get regulated, molecules that regulate miRNAs by physical interaction and possible primary interactomes of mIRNAs. The results have exposed potential mRNA targets of ESSC-specific miRNAs involved in their cell fate decisions.
