Comet assay analysis in CHO cells treated with fluid extract of Xanthium strumarium L. CHO cells were treated for 3 h with different concentrations (5, 15, and 45 μg/mL) of the extract. Positive control: hydrogen peroxide (100 μM for 20 min) and negative control: DMSO (1%). Each value represents the mean ± SD of three independent experiments.
