After combined pars plana vitrectomy, lens aspiration, and IOL implantation, a pressure sensor was introduced into the vitreous cavity through a sclerotomy at 6 o’clock. Scleral depression was performed at 10 mm posterior from the corneal limbus at 3 or 9 o’clock.
