Inhibition of miR-509-3p effect by PNA2. Different doses of PNA2 were transfected in A549 cells. A significant inhibition of miR-509-3p was observed using PNA2 in a dose-dependent manner. ^∗𝑃 values <0.02, ^∗∗𝑃 values <0.002. The 7-mer poly-thymine PNA3 had no effect on miR-509-3p.
