miR-21 expression was knocked down by transfecting NSCLC A549 cells with anti-miR-21. miR-21 expression in A549 cells at 48 h after transfection with anti-miR-NC or anti-miR-21 was detected by TaqMan real-time quantitative RT-PCR. The mean and standard deviation of expression levels relative to U6 expression levels are shown and are normalized to the expression in A549 cells transfected with anti-miR-NC.
