Exosome uptake in bladder cancer cells is dose dependent. Labeled exosomes isolated from SW780 cells were incubated at various concentrations with SW780 cells for 4 hours. This experiment was performed at least three times, with data from a representative experiment shown. A minimum of 10,000 cells were analyzed for each sample.
