Overnight storage of exosomes at 4°C or −20°C does not affect uptake. SW780 cells were incubated for 4 hours with freshly isolated exosomes or exosomes that were stored overnight at 4°C or −20°C. This experiment was performed at least three times, with data from a representative experiment shown. A minimum of 10,000 cells were analyzed for each sample.
