A Two-Tube Multiplex Reverse Transcription PCR Assay for Simultaneous Detection of Viral and Bacterial Pathogens of Infectious Diarrhea

Electrophoresis results of the PCR products on automatic electrophoresis. All of the targets were identified successfully, and no mispriming was observed in either tube. Lanes 1 to 6 in part (a): NoV GI (162 bp), RVA (210 bp), NoV GII (279 bp), HAstV (326 bp), EAds (388 bp), and HBoV (412 bp), respectively. Lane 7: PCR products of six premixed viral targets in tube 1 (Qiaxcel-V assay).
