ENERGI-F704 activates AMPK in microglial BV2 cells. BV2 cells were treated with serial concentrations of ENERGI-F704 for 3 h. Cell lysates were used to determine the phosphorylation of AMPK using Western blot analysis. Data are presented as the mean ± SEM of three independent experiments (one-way ANOVA; , ; specific comparison to vehicle treated control).
