Qualitative assessment of lipoplex transfection. ARPE-19 cells were incubated with lipoplexes containing lipids C20-18, C20-20, or C30-20 against reference lipids DC-Chol and EPC with either Chol or DOPE as colipid at N/P molar ratio 0.5 : 1 for 4 h and GFP-expressing cells evaluated by fluorescence microscopy after 72 h.
