Chemotaxis induced by CCL2, CCL5, and CXCL12 is reduced by Pebisut in PBMCs. Chemotaxis assays with PBMCs were performed using membranes of 5 μm pore, 2 × 105 cells per well were preincubated with Pebisut (1 : 100 or 1 : 500), and 100 ng/mL chemokines were added. (a) CCL2, (b) CCL5, and (c) CXCL12. The data are expressed as the mean ± SEM and were analyzed with one-way ANOVA followed by Bonferroni’s comparison test ( , , and ).
