The effects of intraperitoneal injection of liraglutide (150 μg/kg) or saline on the expression of hepatic Pparγ, Pparα, G6pase, Foxo1, and Fgf21 and Fgf21 in epididymal white adipose tissue (eWAT) in individually housed mice are determined 24 h after liraglutide treatment, as described in the Materials and Methods section.
