Results of the two GzLMMs to identify drivers of TB lesion presence and PCV2 PCR positivity. The models were fitted using hunting estate as a random factor, a binomial distribution, and a logit link. Parameter estimates ( ) for the level of fixed factors were calculated using a reference value of 0 for the “female” and “subadult” levels in the explanatory variables sex and age class, respectively.
