Effects of rosiglitazone on ROS generation in shLuc and shPTEN cells. Cells were treated with 25 M rosiglitazone prior to stimulation with 5 g/mL LPS for 3 h. Cell were harvested, stained with DCFH-DA, and then analyzed by FACScan. Data shown are representative of three individual experiments.
