ER stress induces FGF21 secretion. Differentiated 3T3-L1 cells were treated with 100 nM TG for 0, 2, 4, 8, 16, and 24 h (a); or different concentrations of TG for 24 h (b), at the end of treatment, cell culture medium was collected.
