Inhibitory Effect on <i>In Vitro</i> LDL Oxidation and HMG Co-A Reductase Activity of the Liquid-Liquid Partitioned Fractions of <i>Hericium erinaceus</i> (Bull.) Persoon (Lion’s Mane Mushroom)

<table>Effect of<i> H. erinaceus </i>solvent-solvent fractions on inhibiting the oxidation of human LDL (ox-LDL) molecules. The percentage of inhibition of TBARS production at 532 nm indicates the inhibitory extent of ox-LDL production for the respective fraction. Quercetin (Q) was used as the positive control. All the fractions and quercetin were used at 1 mg/mL conc. Data are presented as mean ± SD of triplicate determinations.
