Effect of H. erinaceus solvent-solvent fractions on inhibiting the activity of HMG Co-A reductase. All the fractions were 10 mg/mL conc. Pravastatin was used as the positive control directly as per the manufacturer’s instructions. Data are presented as mean ± SD of triplicate determinations.
