Growth inhibitory concentrations for MCF-7 and its sublines exposed to everolimus (EVL) and NVP-BEZ235 (BEZ). IC50 values (50% inhibition of growth) are shown. The highest drug concentration for everolimus is depicted where 50% growth inhibition was not reached. Cells were treated with drugs for 3 days and cell proliferation was measured by the [3H]-thymidine incorporation assay.
