Atg6/UVRAG/Vps34-Containing Lipid Kinase Complex Is Required for Receptor Downregulation through Endolysosomal Degradation and Epithelial Polarity during <i>Drosophila</i> Wing Development

<table>RT-PCR analysis of Atg6, UVRAG, or Atg14 transcripts from animals expressing transgenic RNAi constructs. Expression of Atg6, UVRAG, or Atg14 RNAi by tubGal4 strongly reduced the mRNA level of the corresponding genes. Interestingly, we found that the RNAi of Atg6 also decreased the mRNA level of Atg14.</table>
