52-year-old female. Complaints of atypical chest pain. Risk factors include hypertension, dyslipidemia, and current smoker. 13NH3 PET MPI demonstrated normal myocardial perfusion with myocardial flow reserve MFR 3.34 {normal MBF 2.0. The combined normal MPI and MFR indicate an excellent prognosis.
