^68Ga-NODAGA-cyclo(RGDyK) {NODAGA = 1,4,7-Triazacyclononane-1-Glutaric acid-4,7 Acetic Acid}; (i) high and specific uptake in infarct zones maximal one-week post infarct; (ii) specificity for 𝛼𝑉𝛽3 and 𝛼𝑉𝛽5 integrin’s; (iii) affinity of a trimeric ^68Ga-TRAP(RGD)3 derivative for 𝛼𝑉𝛽3 is 7-times higher (IC50 = 44 nM versus IC50 = 336 for ^68Ga-NODADA-RGD) on M21 human melanoma cells [103, 107]; (iv) ^68Ga [{𝑡1/2 = 67.8 min, 𝐸𝛾 = 511 keV, Maximum 𝐸𝛽^+ = 1.89 MeV, Average 𝛽^+ range in H2O (FWHM) = 1.7 cm}]; (v) ^68Ga[production from ^68Ge-^68Ga generator]
