<table>The schema of the structure of HM1.24. HM1.24 is a type II transmembrane glycoprotein that is selectively overexpressed on MM cells as a homodimer with a unique topology. HM1.24 internalizes and localizes to the Golgi apparatus. In the promoter region of HM1.24, there are several<i> cis</i>-elements for transcription factors such as IRF-1/2 and ISGF3, and the expression levels of HM1.24 can be upregulated by IFN.</table>
