Effects of Surface Inclination on the Vertical Loading Rates and Landing Pattern during the First Attempt of Barefoot Running in Habitual Shod Runners

<div>Vertical GRF of two steps extracted from one of the participants. In a heel strike landing, an impact peak existed, while, in a non-heel strike landing, the impact peak was diminished. When impact peak existed, it happened at around 13% of the total stance phase.</div>
