Schema of the centrifugal force loading device. The device is composed of two culture chambers and a motor unit for providing centrifugal force and rotor vessels. The isolated cells are situated at the bottom of the culture dish to become perpendicular to the direction of the centrifugal force and gravity vectors corresponding to a rotation speed. This figure is the modification of Figure 1 of Kashiwagi et al. [74].
