Sequencing analysis of the VH and VL of M-860. The variable regions of the heavy (VH) and light (VL) chains of M-860 were amplified by PCR as described in Section 2.6. After electrophoresis, bands of interest were sliced out for DNA extraction and sequencing analysis.
