<div>Reducing sugar released by the recombinant endoglucanase Nt CelK1 in different temperature and pH conditions using CMC as a substrate. The final protein concentration in each assay was 0.1 mg/mL. The activity values are expressed as mg/mL of reducing sugars assayed by the DNS method.</div>
