Repeated systemic injections of PC1 (150 μg kg⁻¹, twice a day) from 3 to 9 dpi reverted the CCI-induced thermal hyperalgesia (a) and mechanical allodynia (b) in two days. The antihyperalgesic effect lasted after treatment withdrawal, for all the observation period. Data represent means ± SEM of 6–9 mice.
