The red means positive correlation while blue means negative correlation, and correlation coefficients are in direct proportion to the color depth as shown in right side. Each element of the matrix denotes the correlation coefficients between module eigengenes (row) and stage (column); then the significant level of correlation is marked below the correlation coefficients.
