Effects of Mitochondrial Uncoupling Protein 2 Inhibition by Genipin in Human Cumulus Cells

<div>Effects of UCP2 inhibited by Genipin on steroidogenesis. (a) A slight decline of concentrations of estradiol in culture medium was found, but no significant difference was detected between UCP2 inhibited by Genipin and the control. (b) The level of progesterone in culture medium decline obviously after Genipin treated.
