The levels of P53 and in KT-1/A3 and KT-1/A3R cells when transfected with pEGFP-KLWVIPQ and treated with IFN-α (). KT-1/A3 (a) and KT-1/A3R (b) cells were either transfected with pEGFP-KLWVIPQ or treated with IFN-α alone, or in combination, and the cell lysates were analyzed by western blot assays with antibodies against P53, , and GAPDH. The intensities of the bands were semiquantified and ratios of P53/GAPDH and /GAPDH were plotted (c and d).
