In vitro growth curves of Leishmania (V.) braziliensis (HPV6, UAF5, and WSS5) and Leishmania (V.) guyanensis (PLR6) in complete Grace’s medium. Parasites were seeded in 5 × 10⁶/mL and cultured during 13 days, at 26°C in BOD. The data represent mean ± SEM of two-to-three independent experiments performed in triplicate.
