LAP TGF-Beta Subset of CD4⁺CD25⁺CD127⁻ Treg Cells is Increased and Overexpresses LAP TGF-Beta in Lung Adenocarcinoma Patients

Plasma levels of IL-2, IL-4, IL-6, IL-10, IL-17A, TNF-α, IFN-γ, and TGF-β1 cytokines in lung adenocarcinoma patients and smoking and nonsmoking control subjects. Plasma concentrations of IL-2, IL-4, IL-6, IL-10, IL-17A, TNF-α, and IFN-γ were measured simultaneously using a cytometric bead array. TGF-β1 was measured by ELISA. The results are reported as mean ± SEM.
