(d) Preparation of the superomedial corner of the patellae. The knives show MPFL insertion to the patellae. (e) The patellae were drilled from the medial to lateral border. Drilling was started at the point where MPFL is inserted. (f) The adductor magnus tendon was passed through the patellae and sutured with 1.0 Vicryl with appropriate tension, with the knee flexed at 30°.
