Nine microRNAs had higher expressed levels in AS group than healthy control group, and the expression levels of them downregulated after regular etanercept therapy for 12 weeks. The calibrated signal ratio of AS group before therapy to healthy control group were >3 : 1, and the ratio of AS group after therapy to before therapy were <1 : 3.
