(b, c) show the identical regions in the DIGE gels, where the middle panel shows the protein separation of total cell extracts from mesothelial cells following exposure to H-PDF, and (c) shows the protein separation of total cell extracts from mesothelial cells following exposure to F-PDF. Again the MS identified protein spots are indicated by grey arrow heads.
