Apoptotic rates of BRL-3A cells in different groups detected by flow cytometry. The control group was untreated. The LPS group was treated with LPS (10 μg/mL) for 24 h. CLI-095 + LPS group was pretreated with CLI-095 for 2 h and then treated with some dose of LPS for 24 h. The LY294002 + LPS group was pretreated with LY294002 for 2 h and then treated with LPS for 24 h. The LiCl + LPS group was pretreated with LiCl for 2 h and then treated with LPS for 24 h.
