Purification and recovery of human GCSF expressed in B. subtilis. Culture supernatant of transformed cells, grown in 1 liter of 2x L-MAL medium for 72 hours at 30°C with OD₆₀₀ 6.0, was clarified by centrifugation and used for the purification of recombinant GCSF.
