Fluorescence microscopic analysis of the cellular uptake of DsRed, PTD-DsRed, and PTD-J-DsRed recombinant proteins. Huh-7 cells were treated with 40 μg/mL of PTD-DsRed or PTD-J-DsRed recombinant protein for 2 h. After two PBS washes, cells were fixed with 4% paraformaldehyde/PBS for 10 min at room temperature, counterstained with DAPI, and observed under a fluoromicroscope.
