A Photoperiod-Regulating Gene <i>CONSTANS</i> Is Correlated to Lipid Biosynthesis in <i>Chlamydomonas reinhardtii</i>

<div>The biomass, lipid content detected by Nile red fluorescence method and TAG level, and the mRNA abundance of<i> CrCO</i> in<i> CrCO</i> RNAi transgenic<i> C. reinhardtii</i>. Cr.CC425,<i> C. reinhardtii</i> CC425; Cr.Maa7, pMaa7IR/XIR transgenic algae strain; CrCO RNAi18 (31, 87), and pMaa7IR/CrCOIR transgenic algae strains. Statistical analysis was performed using SPSS statistical software.
